This was a high profile event covered by two national television stations and numerous print journalist. The entire board of one of the leading companies in the UK was presenting their strategy to shareholders, at a time when their industry was under enormous pressure.
The brief was to create a menu which could be served at any time during a three-hour slot (there was no certainty as to how long the meeting would last). The menu was to reflect the core values of William Hill, namely competence and efficiency and above all not ostentatious.
The client also wanted to highlight the new sustainability policy the company was launching at the AGM. We produced a finger food buffet, showcasing traditional British foods with a modern twist. All clients were provided with detailed sourcing data showing exactly where all items came from
