Viridian Nutrition are the leading range of ethical and organic health and beauty products in the US, they have a growing presence in the UK.

The aim of their recent event was to introduce UK distributors to the new product lines. We were contacted as we have catered for a number of similar organisations (The British Nutrition Society / The Institute for Optimum Nutrition / The British Association for Applied Nutation). In particular the client wanted a tailor made menu which reflected their core brand values, specifically seasonal produce, freshly prepared, healthy.

We prepared a menu which was truly gluten free (i.e. prepared in an environment with no possibility of cross contamination with any flour), vegan and low fat. The client was delighted with how the event went; they have now booked 6 more events with us going into 2016.
